By managing their resources - human, material, financial, and knowledge –more efficiently and effectively, health training institutions can scale-up the supply of relevant, competent, and qualified graduates to deliver high-quality education and meet the demand for an increased number of health workers.

Based on the lessons learned from the implementation of the Women for Health (W4H) programme in five states in northern Nigeria (Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Yobe and Zamfara), and working with 20 health training institutions, regulatory and state bodies, and a wide range of other important stakeholders.
